Typically, occupiers make their own license applications, and sometimes planning applications, so Shaftesbury Capital does not always hold full details of all applications made. However, each license application is subject to public consultation. You can find information about licenses under consideration and those already granted by checking the licensing register the Westminster City Council website.

On some occasions Shaftesbury Capital may work with a tenant on their licensing application. In these instances we will include information on the application in the ‘Our Projects’ section of this website.

Shaftesbury Capital also holds a small number of tables and chairs licences in their own name for communal tables within the neighbourhood in which we operate. You can find information on these through the public registers too.
